Founded in 1997 on the manufacturing of quality, hand-crafted paint brushes.
Australian Brushware Corporation Pty Ltd, a trading subsidiary of AHE, was founded in 1997 on the manufacturing of quality, hand-crafted paint brushes. A lasting legacy – 30 Years of craftsmanship built on quality, and driven by innovation embracing modern manufacturing and sourcing.
Our leading brand Monarch now dominates the wider painting and decorating category, with products extending to roller covers, silicones and adhesives. Cementing itself as a market leader in the Australian and New Zealand painting industries, Monarch is finding its way to hardware chains in the UK and across the world. Due to recognition and a desire for the brand’s superior filament technology, it was our brushes that set the benchmark for quality around the globe.
We are expert manufacturers, with a family-owned hand-crafted brush factory located in YiXing (China) and a neighbouring 8,000sqm fully automated factory on the way. Supported by Australian oversight, leading design, innovation and quality and control is assured, with capability and capacity building to be the best high volume private label manufacturer.
