Quality is managed throughout the sourcing process, with pre-shipment inspections on every batch. Our engineers validate factory testing and compliance documentation, with independent NATA-accredited laboratory testing used for certified products where required.

Key plumbing and bathroom products are manufactured through factories that are Ethical Sourcing Approved and ISO 9001 certified, supporting consistent standards across our supply chain.
